Inaccurate estimates and difficult communication.

I was sent an estimate where I listed everything that I had except for two medium boxes. When the mover came (a third party contractor) he wrote that I had a lot more than what I had listed. He brought me a new quote with over $2000 above my estimated price which I refused to sign since he had put false information in the new quote. Because of this he delayed the process for about two hours since he did not wanted to take out of the new quote things that he said were additional to the original quote but I provided proof that I had put it in the original quote. After 2 hours we came to the agreement of loading the truck only until the estimated space was filled up using the price on the original quote. Ultimately I had to leave behind a significant amount of things because the estimate of space my things would take was way off even though I provided a fairly well description of all items.

Best Movers ever.

Need a competitive quote and John the owner, quickly called me back within 5-10 min of me putting in my request. He was very helpful in explaining the value of great loaders/packers. I was saying too expensive but the value of good tight packing of a truck is important. He educated me as well and I felt confident in working with his company for my move. I paid my deposit and he told me he would confirm the day before and he did!! However, I got a 20ft U-Haul truck in which I had to load a ton of stuff and doubted the day that all of it would all fit. I had so much anxiety and his 2 loaders told me, “We will do our best to get it all in the truck” His 2 loaders were so professional, positive attitudes and handle my boxes and stuff with care!! I appreciated this so much. They also phoned me prior to arriving and were very prompt since I had a tight schedule. They finished before 12:00 and then put final touches on my items so they would not move during the 8 hr. drive. This moving company is amazing and I highly recommend them! The loaders were my Super Hero’s for the day!!

The two gentleman showed up a few minute early, which I always appreciate! The loading dock at my condo had accidentally been double booked. These gentleman did not complain one bit and had to go a little further to love my refrigerator. They were friendly and very professional. They weren't the cheapest quote I received, but you get what you pay for. They made sure my refrigerator was wrapped properly and they took extra care with it. I would look no further than these guys!!

Great work ethic.

I hired 4 movers to come out and help me. There were a lot of last minute changes, I was kind of all over the place with what I needed done and when, but they showed up on time and diligently performed the work while being mindful to ask questions and set our fragile items aside and above the others to insure their safety. I’d absolutely hire these guys again. They were also really friendly and I liked hearing bits of their playful joking and laughter while they worked. They were professional of course, but also they were sweet. I’m glad I hired them.

Really stress-free!!

NEGLIGENT! DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY

We relocated a single family home from CA to FL and had the most awful experience. I have relocated many times and this was the absolute most unprofessional company. 1) all of our boxes were purchased brand new from Home Depot and Heavy Duty. They were stacked, thrown on top of one another upon arrival with holes along the edges of 95% of the boxes. Majority of our furniture was recently purchased from high end dept stores and thrown on their side, thrown on top of boxes marked as fragile, and almost ALL of our furniture was damaged. My marble table was cracked down the center, my concrete dinner table was also cracked and gouge taken out of its side. Brand new C&B sofa was torn and black along the corners. Our brand new serena and lily bed was damaged on ALL corners, brand new flat screen tv used maybe 3x was cracked (this was in a protected tv box even!!) We had 4 boxes of ceramic, glass and clay items ALL shattered. I threw out sentimental items, expensive kitchen items, glass ware... items were falling out of boxes with holes that were perfectly packaged- i could not believe my eyes. When the door to the truck opened, my electric bike was piled on top of breakable furniture side ways and I could see through all of our boxes. It was almost as if somebody just threw our stuff onto a truck and completely neglected our items. I will be writing to all of the news stations, friends at firms and all websites reporting the negligence. On top of it we are still missing a mountain bike and a beach cruiser that we have been told every couple days is being handled and sent to us. It's been three weeks. The men would not open the truck until we paid the remaining balance in cash. The fact these companies take a full inspection of ALL inventory upon pickup and charge for every square foot of space up front, but there is no inventory taken upon arrival or accountability is fraud! We have other peoples boxes here we have asked them to pick up and they have failed to. SCAM. We paid over $7500 and am disgusted with how this business operates. Fantastic

These guys were fantastic. They showed up on time and ready to work. They went above and beyond to help with our semi-prepared move. They re-boxed things in order to move them. They had all the supplies they needed. They were very professional and super respectful, not only to us, but our belongings as well. When we realized our move was going to take a bit longer, they were willing to accommodate and came back a second day to help us finish our move. I can't say enough good things about this company and this crew. Amazing experience!!!

They arrived super fast at our new place and worked quickly and kept our things perfectly safe and sound. Everyone was super friendly and super polite. This was the only company to ask the important questions needed to fully understand the project and possible issues. We have had a very stressful move over the last 3 days. From our first encounter with them they were prompt and efficient and affordable. The next day when we had additional items to be moved they again responded very promptly and met our time frame. Then on the third day when we thought our rental company was coordinating the final move which fell through. We again contacted them and they made it happen on a Saturday with very little notice. These guys are friendly, competent and care about your possessions. Since this move is only temporary we will use them again to help us. I highly recommend them

Not one single thing was broken

Things were done when they said they'd be. Everyone was professional and caring. They handled it with the utmost respect and care. And the pricing, in comparison, was great. Arrived promptly and went straight to work. All the guys were very professional and very polite. The guys were fast moving, which is awesome since they bill by the hour. Overall a great experience and everything went well.

Finished easily and pleasantly!

The guys were on time and uncomplaining despite the numerous flights of stairs they had to maneuver. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
